We review your contracts, change orders, pay applications, and vendor pricing — independently, objectively, and remotely. We earn performance fees only when we document real, measurable savings. You keep 85 cents of every dollar we find.

Of documented savings realized — paid only after you withhold, recover, or renegotiate. Zero fees if zero savings.
01 — Contract Review
Every contract reviewed against a 30-point checklist before you sign. We identify provisions creating financial exposure, pricing above market rates, and missing protections. You receive a redlined contract plus a Risk Memo ranking the top issues by dollar consequence. Fixed review fee plus 15% of negotiated savings at signing.
02 — Change Order Gatekeeping
Every change order reviewed before you approve it. We verify the scope is legitimate, pricing ties to the contract schedule of values, and the CO is not duplicative of work already contracted. Written CO Review Memo delivered within 24–48 hours. Industry studies show 15–25% of all CO dollars submitted are unjustified or inflated. Performance fee: 15% of reductions achieved, invoiced monthly.
03 — Payment Control
Every pay application reviewed before the check is cut. We verify the percentage complete matches actual work in place, stored materials are documented on-site, and billing is accurate. Once the check is issued, your leverage is gone — we act before it leaves your account. Performance fee: 15% of pay application reductions, invoiced monthly.
04 — Vendor Benchmarking
We compare what you pay vendors and contractors against verified market rates from RSMeans, Gordian Group, and prevailing wage surveys. Where you pay 15% or more above market, we document the gap and support renegotiation with hard data. Performance fee: 15% of Year 1 savings at contract renegotiation.
