Discovery Call — 20–30 minutes, free
We talk through your annual CapEx spend, active projects, and where you’re feeling exposed — schedule, budget, contractor performance, or procurement. No obligation, no sales pitch.

Written Proposal — within 48–72 hours
A scope of work covering exactly what you’ll receive, the timeline, the fixed fee, and payment terms. Nothing is ever quoted verbally.

Contract & Kickoff
Signed engagement letter, kickoff call within 5 business days, and a document request covering budgets, contracts, pay applications, and procurement records.

Analysis — remote, 30–50 hours typical
Budget variance analysis, full contract read against the 30-point checklist, change order audit, and vendor benchmarking against market rate data.

Findings Report & Debrief
A written report with prioritized findings, ranked by dollar exposure, plus a 90-minute walkthrough call. You decide what to act on — we hand you the leverage.
